The mission of the faculty at Rose City Schools
is to prepare children to be life-long learners
and productive members of their community.
We dedicate ourselves to empowering each student,
nurturing respect for others,
and building high self esteem
by providing a safe and caring environment
                                      enriched with support, encouragement, and assistance.
                                      We will always remember that each student is unique
                                      and has the right to develop at his or her
                                      own academic, creative and physical pace.
                                      We will advocate for these rights for our students.
